On the motion of pulsars and black holes

Description
The aim of the work is to consider the possibility of describing the motion of black holes predicted by the general theory of relativity (GRT), according to which the gravitational radius of a body rsub(g)=2γM/C2 (M is the body's gravitating mass) is its important characteristic. If R is the body radius, it is convenient, in the spirit of the GRT, to call ordinary astronomic objects (α=rsub(g)/R<<1) as nonrelativistic, pulsars (α<1) as relativistic and black holes (α→1) as ultrarelativistic. From simple considerations the author proves that in absolutely identical conditions nonrelativistic and ultrarelativistic bodies move in essentially different ways, that means that the motion of a black hole cannot be described by equations of the celestial mechanics. True equations of motion for relativistic objects (black holes and pulsars) must be obtained from the GRT; this problem, in author's opinion, will hardly ever be solved precisely
