Improvement in creep properties of polypropylene tape by high energy irradiation
Description
The creep performance of drawn polypropylene tape at 100 C is remarkably improved by gamma irradiation in the presence of acetylene gas. Creep at 30 C shows only selected improvement. Structural implications are discussed. (author)
