Description
The results of specific heat measurements on several samples of the Ce(Rh1-xRux)2Si2 system in the temperature range 0.3 K < T < 50 K are reported. A well defined specific heat anomaly is observed only up to x = 0.45 indicating that the long range antiferromagnetic ordering disappears above this Ru content in agreement with neutron scattering results. The low temperature limit of C/T exhibits a maximum (600 mJ/K2 mol) at this critical concentration. (orig.)
