Description

Transition from antiferromagnetic dielectric state into SC is studied on the basis of calculations of YBa2Cu3O6+δ crystal clusters. Antiferromagnetic dielectric state is explained by presence of Cu1+ and Cu3+ copper ions in CuO2 planes and respectively, two d-subzones. Increase of oxygen atom content in crystal followed by a negligible reduction of Coulomb repulsion of 3d-electrons of Cu atoms is shown to initiate relative motion of p- and d-zones of crystal. Such motion of zones results in disappearance of energy gap and in rearrangement of atom electron states. At motion of electrons within the crystal in local places, may be due to screening, similar rearrangement of electron structure of Cu and O neighbourng atoms (can occur, Potential of attraction which promotes attraction of electron or electron pair occurs at formation of ions and neutral atoms of O1-, O oxygen
