Two observable effects in the radio bremsstrahlung of nonsteady solar sources

Description
The excess in the rate of change of circularly polarized radiation compared with the rate of change of the intensity in the microwave range can serve as a criterion (a sufficiency condition) for the presence of time variations in the longitudinal magnetic field component in a nonsteady solar source. Heating of an optically thin source in a magnetic loop could produce a dip in the observed radio emission
