By judgement of 7.4.81 to the complaint of a citizen living at a distance of 1.5 km off the nuclear power station Isar I (KKI) near Ohu the Constitutional Court of Regensburg cancelled the building license for the 5th section (TGB) and decided that with regard to the waste management regulation of Para. 9a AtG (Atomic Energy Act) spent fuel elements must not be stored for an unlimited period in the compact storage of the KKI but only until 1.5.84. Das VG Regensburg hat durch Urteil vom 7.4.81 auf die Klage eines 1,5 km vom Standort des Kernkraftwerks Isar I (KKI) bei Ohu entfernt wohnenden Buergers den 5. Teilgenehmigungsbescheid (TGB) aufgehoben und entschieden, dass im Hinblick auf die Entsorgungsregelung des Para. 9a AtG abgebrannte Brennelemente im Kompaktlager des KKI nicht unbefristet, sondern nur bis zum 1.5.84 gelagert werden duerfen.
