Isotopes of strontium in the brines of Siberian Platform

Description
Consideration is given to the data, obtained in some regions of the Siberian Platform, on studying strontium isotopes in brines (weak, strong and very strong). The presented isotopic composition of strontium in analyzed brines shows, that values of 87Sr/86Sr ratio grow as passing from infiltration waters to sedimentation ones and with growth of metamorphization degree of the last ones. The isotope ratio 87Sr/86Sr in the brines of the Siberian Platform is sensitive indicator of the degree of their interaction with rocks, as well as the degree of dilution of sedimentation brines with infiltration waters. 15 refs.; 3 figs.; 2 tabs
