Programme of the first stage of experiments on reactor LR-0
Creators
Description
The LR-0 reactor was put into experimental operation at the Institute of Nuclear Research at Rez on January 3, 1983. The objectives are described of the main experiments planned for the first stage of reactor operation. They are model experiments for determination of the radiation burden of the pressure vessel of WWER type reactors, determination of the spatial distribution of power and neutron flux density in the WWER core, noise measurements and diagnostics of the reactor core, and the solution of reactor spatial kinetics and dynamics.
