Barrier cathodoluminophors for screens of electron instruments
Description
The results of studies into the passage of electrons at E=1 - 20 keV through barrier layers of sulphides of elements of the 1-4 groups of the periodic system, formed on cathodophosphor grains, are given. Also considered are the barrier (composition) cathodophosphors whose colour of luminescence changes depending on the depth of electron penetration. Parameters of multicolour screens of electron-beam devices are listed
