Description
This paper describes the ERDA facility that has been set up at one of the beam ports of the 3 MV Tandetron at CCCM, Hyderabad. Results on the measurements of hydrogen (1H) in silicon nitride and diamond like carbon ( DLC) films and simultaneous determination of 1H and 2H in charged zircaloy specimens are presented to illustrate the application potential of the facility
