Description

The propagation of elastic shear waves in the layer is investigated taking into account internal rotation of particles (based on the simplified model of Cosserat). The possibility of the appearance of a localized (surface) wave was set, along the loaded surface of the layer. The velocities of wave propagation in the short-wave and longwave approximations are determined
