Impacts of electron-phonon interaction on two interacting electrons in a quantum dot molecule

  • 1. Department of Physics, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai 200240 (China)

Description

Taking electron-phonon interaction into consideration, we analyze the dynamical behavior of a radiated quantum dot molecule with two interacting electrons in it. The results show that the electron-phonon interaction modifies the conditions of single-electron and two-electron resonance and plays an important role on the evolution of the quantum system even at zero temperature
