Test facility for tests and calibration of different methods of two-phase mass flow measurements
Description
A test facility for testing and calibrating two-phase mass flow measuring devices has been built and is described in this report. The facility consists of a steam-water-loop and an air-water-loop. The operation range for each loop is characterized by the following values: For the steam-water-loop variable steam quality between 0 and 1, maximum mass flow of 5 kg/s and maximum pressure in the test section of 150 bar. The maximum range for the air-water-loop is: water-mass flow of 30 kg/s, air-mass flow of 1 kg/s and pressure of 10 bar. The horizontal test section has a length of 8 m. Test section pipes with diameters of 20, 50 and 80 mm are available. In the report, the methods of data measurement and on-line calcultion of the reference data are described. Also a serial 5 beam gamma densitometer and a traversible impedance probe are discussed. (orig.)

Es wird eine Anlage beschrieben, die zum Testen und Kalibrieren von diversen Zweiphasen-Massenstrommessgeraeten errichtet wurde. Die Anlage besteht aus einem Dampf-Wasser- sowie einem Luft-Wasser-Kreislauf. Der Betriebsbereich des Dampf-Wasser-Kreislaufs ist durch folgende Groessen charakterisiert: Variation des Dampfgehaltes zwischen 0 und 1, maximaler Massenstrom 5 kg/s, maximaler Teststreckendruck 150 bar, Maximalwerte fuer Luft-Wasser-Kreislauf sind: Wassermassenstrom 30 kg/s, Luftmassenstrom 1 kg/s, Druck = 10 bar. Die horizontale Teststrecke hat eine Laenge von 8 m. Es sind Teststrecken mit Durchmessern von 20, 50 und 80 mm verfuegbar. Es werden die Referenzwertmessung mit on-line-betriebenem Rechner, ferner ein serielles 5-Strahl-Gamma-Densitometer und eine traversierbare Impedanzsonde beschrieben. (orig.)
