Method for the separation of gaseous or vaporous substances, especially isotopes
Description
Immediately after the separation of the UF6/H2-mixture by the separation nozzle process the partial flow that is enriched with the heavier component is deflected to make use of its energy and separated. This way the operational expenditure of the separation nozzle method can be diminished increasing the separation factor at the same time. (DG)

Unmittelbar nach einer Trennung der UF6/H2-Gemischen nach dem Trennduesenverfahren wird der an schwerer Komponente angereicherte Teilstrahl unter Ausnutzung der in ihm enthaltenen Energie nochmals umgelenkt und getrennt. Hiermit kann der Betriebsaufwand der Trennduesenanordnung unter Steigerung des Trennfaktors vermindert werden. (DG)Additional details
