Experiences with the computerized tomographic (CT) examination of the kidney

Description

54 patients were examined, 31 of them were thereafter operated. In 25 cases the operation verified the diagnosis obtained by CT, but in 6 cases the CT-diagnosis proved to be false. The computer tomographic alterations characteristic for primary and recidive tumours, cysts, and hydronephrosis as well as the differential diagnostical problems are analysed in detail. (L.E.)
