Determination of gold in ores and electronics scrap by neutron activation analysis using neutron generator
Creators
Description
Neutron-activation procedures are developed for determining gold in ore samples and secondary raw materials of the electronic industry using neutrons of various energies: 2-3 MeV (dd-neutrons), 14-15 MeV (dt-neutrons), and thermal energy (moderated dt-neutrons). Some performance characteristics of the developed procedures are reported, and their advantages over the other methods are displayed. 7 refs.; 2 figs
