Anomalous temperature dependence of electric conductivity of CdS films

Description

The influence of chemisorbed oxygen on electrophysical properties of thin films of cadmium sulfide obtained by the method of electrohydrodynamic liquid spraying is investigated. The relationship between technological conditions of preparation of CdS layers ad their adsorption sensitivity value is established. The nature of main donor centers responsible for chemisoption of molecular and atomic oxygen is determined
