Description

A model of conducting pseudospin ferromagnetic, describing electron interaction with coherent atomic shifts, is suggested. It is shown that nonquasipartial current-free states (pseudospinons) can provide linear (as regards T) contribution to enectron heat capacity. The possibility of the spectrum reconstruction near EF with the formation of a new energy scale of the Kondo temperature type is demonstrated
