Spectra of soft electrons at a geostationary orbit according to observations at the Raduga satellite and their connection with magnetic disturbances
Description
Results of plasma sheet electron measurements at the geostationary ''Raduga'' satellite are discussed. Electron spectrum variations under magnetic disturbance are considered. It is noted that the increasing of electron flux density with 1-3 keV energies is accompanied by magnetic disturbance development. It is supposed that magnetic disturbance development is connected with increase of the longitudinal current
