Electric fields in UHF sources of cold plasma

Description

Paper presents the theoretical ground of the regularities of the effects of mode parameters and the calculation of internal parameters of plasma of gas UHF-charge in magnetic field. The effect is conducted the given electrical field, whose absolute values and interval of variation, as it is determined, depend on parameters of plasma generation mode; in particular, configuration of external magnetic field, and may be essentially higher than in the positive column of constant current glow discharge. 6 refs.; 2 figs
