Quantum field theory on a cone
Description
The expressions derived by Sommerfeld (Proc. Lond. Math. Soc.; 28: 417 (1897)) and Carslaw (Proc. Lond. Math. Soc.; 20: 121 (1898), 8: 365 (1910), 18: 291 (1919)) for the Green functions and diffusion kernels in a wedge of arbitrary angle are shown to be useful in discussions of the Feynman Green function in Rindler (Am. J. Phys.; 34: 1174 (1966)) space and other space-time metrics. (author)
