Na 24 spectroscopic factors and the structure of some A = 24 nuclei

Spectroscopic factors for seven low-lying states in Na24 were deduced from a DWBA analysis of the Na23(d,p)Na24 angular distributions averaged over an energy interval Esub(d) = 2.0-2.5 MeV. The obtained spectroscopic information is discussed using model predictions. Shell-model calculations based upon a O16 closed core were carried out. Energy levels, spins, parities and spectroscopic factors for levels in Na24 with excitations up to Esub(x) = 2,476 MeV were calculated and are compared with the experimentally available values. For the same levels mixed wave functions were estimated. The same shell model basis was used to investigate the nuclear structure of Al24. Energy levels were calculated. Spins and parities for levels with excitations up to Esub(x) = 2,378 MeV are predicted. (orig.)

Spektroskopische Faktoren fuer sieben niedrig liegende Zustaende in Na24 wurden in einer DWBA-Analyse von Na23(d,p)Na24 Winkelverteilungen bestimmt, wobei ueber das Energieinterval Esub(d) = 2,0-2,5 MeV gewickelt wurde. Die spektroskopische Information wird anhand von Modellvorhersagen diskutiert. Dazu wurden Schalenmodellrechnungen durchgefuehrt, die auf einem abgeschlossenen O-16-Kern aufbauen. Energieniveaus, Spins und Paritaeten und spektroskopische Faktoren fuer Niveaus in Na24 bis zu 2.476 MeV Anregungsenergie wurden berechnet und mit experimentellen Werten verglichen. Fuer diese Niveaus wurden gemischte Wellenfunktionen angenommen. Mit der gleichen Schalenmodellbasis wurde die Struktur von Al24 untersucht. Energieniveaus wurden berechnet und Spins und Paritaeten fuer Niveaus bis zu Esub(x) = 2.378 MeV Anregungsenergie vorhergesagt. (orig.)Additional details
