Neutron diffraction study of short range order in Zr-N-H system
Description
Short range order in ZrN0,27H0,19 has been studied by neutron diffraction method. Calculation was made taking into account both in-lattice and inter-lattice correlations. The best agreement with experimental result gives consideration of correlations between interstitial atoms positioned in the octahedral voids of close packed hexagonal metal sublattice.
