Even-odd separation of the ATDHF density matrix

Description

Baranger's proposed separation of the density matrix rho is investigated. For integral spin particles the separation is possible and unique but the subsidiary condition is not realized. For half-integral spin particles the conditions needed for the separation to hold are studied. The possibility of realizing them in actual TDHF calculations is discussed
