Diffractive disintegration of light ions by nuclei with diffused edge
Description
The theory of the deuteron diffractive disintegration is generalized to the case of interaction between weakly bound light ions and nuclei with diffused edge. The deveoped approach is applied to analyze kinematically complete experiments on disintegration of 90-MeV 3He ions by 12C, 51V, and 90Zr nuclei. The results are in satisfactory agreement with the experimental data. It is found that the disintegration cross section is sensitive to the nuclear diffuseness parameter
