Reaction of lithiumcarboranes with 1,2,4-triazine-4-oxides: the SNH reactions and cycle transformations

Description
The possibility of applying the reactions of the hydrogen nucleophilic substitution in the 1,2,4-triazine-4-oxides series for the synthesis of the heteroaryl carboranes is studied. It is established that the reaction of the 1-lithium-1,2- or 1,7-dicarbo-closo-dodecaborane with 1,2,4-triazine-4-oxides may proceed by two competing directions. Introduction of the acceptor 1,2,4-triazine cycle into the carborane skeleton may significantly facilitate the the deboration reaction process with formation of the 1-(1,2,4-triazine-5-yl)-1,2-1,7-dicarbo-nido-undecaboranes

Изучена возможность использования реакций нуклеофильного замещения водорода в ряду 1,2,4-триазин-4-оксидов для синтеза гетероарилкарборанов. Установлено, что реакция 1-литий-1,2- или 1,7-дикарба-клозо-додекаборана с 1,2,4-триазин-4-оксидами может протекать по двум конкурентным направлениям. Введение в карборановый каркас акцепторного 1,2,4-триазинового цикла значительно облегчает протекание реакции деборирования с образованием 1-(1,2,4-триазин-5-ил)-1,2-1,7-дикарба-нидо-ундекаборановAdditional details
