  • 2. Nagoya University, Japan (Indonesia)

Description

The γ-ray emission probability for 88.4 keV energy of I76mLu has been measured by a 4πβ-γ coincidence apparatus using a live-timed bi-dimensional system. I76mLu source was produced by bombarded I76mLu with thermal neutron (flux 2.34 ∼ 2.75 X 1013 n/cm2 second) for 10 minutes. The calibration efficiencies curve was determined from measurements of standard sources of 57Co, 60Co, 133Ba dan 152Eu. This research was carried out for 4 periods and 3 to 5 sources were measured at each period. The result of measurement is fairly good with the uncertainty less than 1%
