Effect of substitution of Hg for Cu on properties of Hg-based HTSC

  • 1. L'vovskij Gosudarstvennyj Univ., Lvov (Ukraine)

Description

The substitution defects Hg/Cu was performed in the Hg-based high-tc superconductors for two samples with different level of substitution. The temperature dependence of second harmonic generation and magnetic susceptibility are shown and the values of Tc equal to 94 K and 120 K for the (Hg0.89 Cu0.11) Ba2 Cu O4+σ and (Hg0.83 Cu0.17) Ba2 Cu O4+σ, correspondingly, were found from comparison of these dependences
