Description

The paper describes various methods for depositing thin layers of the deuterides (hydrides) TiD2(TiH2), ZrD2(ZrH2), NbD(NbH), and CrD2(CrH2) on stainless steel, copper, and silicon substrates. The method for the magnetron sputtering of deuteride (hydride) nanolayers with different textures is considered. The technology for making titanium, zirconium, niobium, and chromium deuteride (hydride) targets is proposed, which will definitely verify the hypothesis of the enhancement of dd and pd reactions due to the channeling of deuterons (protons) in the crystals of the above deuterides

 ðàáîòå ïðèâîäèòñÿ îïèñàíèå ðàçëè÷íûõ ìåòîäîâ íàíåñåíèÿ òîíêèõ ñëîåâ èç äåéòåðèäîâ (ãèäðèäîâ) TiD2(TiH2), ZrD2(ZrH2), NbD(NbH) è CrD2(CrH2) íà ïîäëîæêè èç íåðæàâåþùåé ñòàëè, ìåäè è êðåìíèÿ. Ðàññìîòðåí ìåòîä ìàãíåòðîííîãî íàíåñåíèÿ íàíîñëîåâ èç óêàçàííûõ äåéòåðèäîâ (ãèäðèäîâ) ñ ðàçëè÷íîé òåêñòóðîé. Ïðåäëîæåíà òåõíîëîãèÿ ñîçäàíèÿ ìèøåíåé èç äåéòåðèäîâ (ãèäðèäîâ) òèòàíà, öèðêîíèÿ, íèîáèÿ è õðîìà, êîòîðàÿ ïîçâîëèò îäíîçíà÷íî ïðîâåðèòü ãèïîòåçó î ñóùåñòâîâàíèè ýôôåêòà óñèëåíèÿ dd- è pd-ðåàêöèé çà ñ÷åò íàëè÷èÿ ïðîöåññà êàíàëèðîâàíèÿ äåéòðîíîâ (ïðîòîíîâ) â êðèñòàëëàõ óêàçàííûõ äåéòåðèäîâ
