Description

We have measured response maps of the CDF central electromagnetic calorimeter with a 50 GeV electron beam. We present the results of these measurements in terms of the similarity and uniformity module-to-module and tower-to-tower. We derive the uniformity correction functions applicable to all 48 calorimeter modules, ensuring uniformity at the 1% level. (orig.)
