A single isotope method for the measurement of the volume of the mitochondrial inner compartment
Description
A method is described to measure the volume of the inner mitochrondrial compartment using [51Cr]EDTA as an extracompartmental space marker and gravimetry to determine the total H2O content and the weight of the mitochondria. (Auth.)
