Description
The absorption and distribution of the little watersoluble, 14C labelled 1-(2,5-dichlorophenoxy)-3-tert-butylaminopropen-2-ol hydrochloride from sprays and suspension aerosols have been studied in mice. It was found that blood level and organ concentrations achieved with suspension aerosols were higher than those obtained with sprays. (author)
