Design and application of WinCC in the fresh water production system of nuclear power plant
Description
Fresh water production system is the important process of the nuclear power generation, which provide source water for subsequent production. WinCC V6.2 and S7-400 programmable controller designed as the core of its monitoring system. Upper PC through the Ethernet and the programmable controller was connected, and communication uses TCP/IP protocol. Monitoring system can implement real-time monitoring of field equipment running status, including data acquisition, parameter adjust and trends, information alarm and other functions, which makes operation rapidity, automatically, improve the control quality, meanwhile, increase production. On-site debugging and running results show that the monitoring system can operate stably and reliably, which has a certain value for the Fresh Water production system of Nuclear Power Plant. (author)
