Oxygen stoichiometry of LnCo1-xMnxO3±δ (Ln - Pr, Nd) solid solutions

Description
The LnCo1-xMnxO3±δ (Ln - Pr, Nd) solid solutions with x 0.25, 0.50, 0.75 are synthesized and their crystal structure is studied. Oxygen stoichiometry of the LnCo1-xMnxO3±δ solid solutions is studied through the method of thermogravimetric analysis in the air within the temperature range of 700 - 1200 Deg C. The results obtained are compared with the data on the LnMnO3+δ and LnCoO3-δ. Interaction of the oxygen non stoichiometry with oxidation rates of the 3d-transition metals is discussed

Синтезированы твердые растворы LnCo1-xMnxO3±δ (Ln - Pr, Nd) с x = 0.25, 0.50, 0.75, изучена их кристаллическая структура. Методом термогравиметрического анализа изучена кислородная нестехиометрия твердых растворов LnCo1-xMnxO3±δ на воздухе в интервале температур 700 - 1200 град С. Полученные результаты сопоставлены с данными для LnMnO3+δ и LnCoO3-δ. Обсуждена взаимосвязь кислородной нестехиометрии со степенями окисления 3d-переходных металловAdditional details
