Description
The investigations of piezoelectric materials being used in many types of electronic devices have been presented during the 8. Piezoelectric conference PIEZO'94 held in Zakopane, Poland. The preparation methods and properties of piezoelectric materials have been studied as well as their applicability for fabrication of many kinds of electronic equipment and devices.The conference has been divided into 9 sessions. They were as follows: opening session; piezoelectric materials; BAW resonators,oscillators and technology; SAW resonators and filters(two sessions); sensors and transducers; measurements (two sessions); poster session (two sessions)
