Structure and electric properties of lithium phosphate glasses

Description
The temperature-concentration dependence of the conductivity in glasses of the Li2O-P2O5 system was studied. The content of extrinsic hydrogen in the structure of glasses was estimated by IR transmission spectra. The effect of hydrogen on the electrical properties and structure of the glasses studied was considered. It is shown that as the lithium oxide concentration increases, the amount of extrinsic hydrogen in glass is depressed. The growth of lithium oxide concentration brings about an increase in the electric conductivity of glass due to higher concentration of electric current carriers and alteration of their migration mechanism

Изучена температурно-концентрационная зависимость электрической проводимости в стеклах системы Li2O-P2O5 . С помощью ИК спектров пропускания проведена оценка содержания примесного водорода в структуре стекол. Рассмотрено влияние водорода на электрические свойства и структуру исследованных стекол. Показано, что по мере роста концентрации оксида лития в стекле количество примесного водорода уменьшается, что сопровождается ростом электрической проводимости за счет увеличения концентрации носителей тока и изменения механизма их миграцииAdditional details
