K+ systematics of particle production in relativistic heavy-ion collisions
Creators
Description
Si and Au targets have been bombarded with 14.6 A-GeV/c 16O and 28Si beam and an 11.7 A-GeV/c Au beam. Pion production is observed to be proportional to the number of participants for a variety of collision conditions. Kaon production depends on the number of multiple collisions. These systematics, as well as those for anti-proton production, will be compared with RQMD and ARC model predictions
