Description
The nuclear resonance reaction 27Al(p, γ)28Si at Ep = 774 and 992 keV was used for studying the solid structure effect of energy loss for proton in SOS sample systematically. The experiment was carried out upon the 2 x 1.7 MV accelerator of Institute of Physics and the measuring error was less than 3%. The experimental result showed that the differences of electronic stopping power values for proton in three solid states was more than 5%
