Prompt D0-bar meson production in neutrino-nucleon collisions

Description

The inclusive D0-bar meson production within the framework of the quasiparton mechanism in neutrino-nucleon collisions is considered. The R(ν/D0) value equal to the ratio of cross section for the νμN → μ-D0-barX reaction to that for the νμN → μ-X and the striking an average over νμ-spectrum kinematic distributions and the average kinematic characteristics of final μ--, D0-bar-mesons are calculated. The evaluation of the number of D0-bar-meson creation events via the number of the inclusive events is given
