The propositions of the French gas sector for a successful Climate Plan

While mentioning some existing examples, this publication outlines the role and opportunities of the gas sector by making, commenting and illustrating a set of propositions. The objectives associated with these propositions are to make the Paris agreement irreversible, to improve French people everyday life (building energy efficiency, air quality), to end up with fossil energies and to aim at a carbon neutral situation through the use of various energy sources and of biomethane, to make France a leader of green economy, to mobilise ecosystems and agriculture to struggle against climate change, and to strengthen international mobilisation about climate diplomacy
