Bilateral renal tumor: a case report

Description

A case of a 51 years old male patient with synchronous bilateral renal tumor, Macroscopic hematuria and left renal pain is reported. It was performed a left radical nephrectomy and right partial lower nephrectomy with security limit by classic bilateral lobotomy. Histopathologic diagnosis was bilateral renal adenocarcinoma without trouble of perineal flat. Diagnosis techniques as computerized tomography, X radiation, scintiscanning and excretory urography were analysed. (author)
