Application of holography in track detectors with high energy resolution
Description
Underlying physical principles and general problems of the development of high-resolution track detectors, bubble and streamer chambers using holography are described. Characteristics of the holographic bubble and streamer chambers, both operational and being developed, are given together with their application in experiments aimed at the investigation of the reactions producing short-lived particles. Systems for processing the holographic information from the track detectors are also described
