Die Arbeiten der Projektleitung bezogen sich auf anstehende Koordinations- und Kontrollaufgaben wie: - interne und externe Koordination der laufenden bzw. geplanten Arbeiten, Erstellung interner Arbeitsanweisungen , - Sach- und Terminkontrolle der Arbeiten, Einleitung und Verfolgung von Änderungsmaßnahmen, - Koordination der periodischen Berichte und Erstellung der zugehörigen Dokumentation, - Mitarbeit in den Gremien der EG/HTR, - Mitarbeit beim Erstellen des Rahmenprogramms 1981 - 1986 (F+E-Arbeiten).
