The concept of energy policy of the Federal Government

The lecture outlines the political and economic background of the energy concept and places a fundamental time schedule of the present energy policy ahead of brief analysis of the profitableness of the most important primary energy carriers of the BRD: securing of the energy supply in purposeful relationship to the political economical costs and to competitiveness of the economy. The British north sea oil policy, the state securing of the pit coal transport, extension of nuclear energy utilization, standardization of site selection of nuclear power plants as well as the attitude of the Federal Government to energy saving measures, receive special treatment.
