Description

Bovine procollagen type I and III has strong antigenic properties. The method of radioimmunological dosage of these two polypeptides by a determination of their specificity is described. The application of this method in biology is illustrated by a few examples. (AJ)

Rinderprokollagen vom Typ I und Typ III hat sehr starke Antigeneigenschaften. Die Methode der radioimmunologischen Dosierung dieser beiden Polypeptide durch Ermittlung ihrer Spezifitaet wird beschrieben. An einigen Beispielen wird die Anwendung dieser Methode in der Biologie beschrieben. (AJ)
