A search for tachyons in extensive air showers
- 1. Tasmania Univ., Sandy Bay (Australia). Dept. of Physics
Description
A search for tachyons, or other particles detectable by G-M counter tubes or liquid scintillators, arriving during the approximately 100μs immediately preceding extensive air showers (primary energy approximately 1015 eV) has provided no positive evidence for the existence of such particles.
