Electric properties and photoluminescence of lead-telluride crystals doped by bismuth

Description
Electric and luminescent properties of PbTe < Bi > monocrystals prepared by vapour-liquid-crystal mechanism are investigated. The character and manifestation of heterogenei-- ties in ''bipolar'' PbTe < Bi > samples are studied, possible reasons for their appearance are discussed
