Origin of cosmic ray pulsations
Description
The origin of pulsations of the cosmic ray neutron component with periods of T=10 min - 10 h, observed during the passage of interplanetary shock waves is discussed. The possibility of cosmic ray capture by an oscillational structure of a magnetic disturbance of the shock waves is indicated. It is concluded that the structure of forbush decrease presents a result of cosmic ray modulation by the ''packet'' of interacting hydromagnetic waves of different scales
