Structural relaxation subsystems in binary borate glasses

Description

Effect of the composition and type of ion-modificators on the relaxation and physicomechanical characteristics of cesium-forming systems is studied through the methods of dynamical mechanical relaxation. The molecular-kinetic interpretation of the losses maxima on the tgδf(T) spectra is presented. The interest to these systems is caused, in particular, by their application for 137Cs isotope fixation, which in the course of the β-decay transforms into the barium neutral atom
