X-ray and TEM investigations of PbTe crystal
Description
X-ray and TEM investigations of the real structure of PbTe crystals grown from the vapour phase are discussed. Lattice parameters of PbTe, chemical composition and melting points of the PbTe matrix and of inclusions enriched in Te have been measured. The following defects were found in the investigated samples: single perfect dislocations, dislocation pairs, and dislocation loops
